Bill Patten has over 40 years of experience owning, selling, and managing businesses, including a micrographics business, a records storage and shredding business, two large printing companies, a tool manufacturing company, and an automation company. These businesses have ranged from 5 employees up to 200 employees. One of his businesses earned recognition from Inc. Magazine as one of the 500 fastest-growing privately held businesses in the country.
With this experience, Bill understands the challenges and gratification of owning your own business, the emotional conflicts when selling your business, and the importance of knowing how to best market, package, and sell or purchase your business.
Born and raised in the Northwest, Bill understands the business culture here and has a wide network of business professionals to help you in selling your business. In 1994, Bill earned his MBA from the University of Washington Executive MBA School. This business and financial training, combined with his experience, makes Bill well qualified to help you sell your business or purchase a business professionally and fairly.
Since graduating from Seattle Pacific University’s Business School in 2009, Daniel Patten has been involved in various roles with both large and small companies here in the Pacific Northwest, as well as internationally in Australia. He has experience in marketing, sales, accounting and finance, operations, and employee management.
Over the course of the last few years, he has been mentored and trained by Bill Patten in his career transition to a business broker. Daniel brings a fresh face and new energy to the Sunbelt team with a passion for helping others. Combined with the wealth of experience of the other members of the Sunbelt team, Daniel has the tools and the drive to help you sell, grow your business, and help you achieve your goals.
